Ms. Patel was born and raised in London, England, where she completed her legal education and became licensed to practice law in England & Wales, permitting her to practice in 49 other Common Law Countries. Upon attaining her Masters in International Business Law, Ms. Patel was thereafter admitted to both the New York Bar and California Bar in 2003.

Licensed to practice in all California State Courts and the Central Federal District Court, Ms. Patel is among the one percent (1%) of the nation’s lawyers admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court due to the high standards required by the Court for admission. Ms. Patel has also been admitted to practice law in all New York State Courts and all European Courts.

Glen R. Mozingo, Esq., is the founder of Mozingo & Patel, A Professional Corporation with offices located in Irvine, California; Carmel By-The-Sea, California; and London, England.

Mr. Mozingo has served as an Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association as well as the Orange County and Los Angeles Superior Courts where he was appointed by the presiding judge of both counties to sit as judge pro tem. In addition, Mr. Mozingo sits as a member of the Chapman University Law School Advisory Board.

Mr. Mozingo is a member of the American, California, and Orange County Bar Associations and the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Trial Practice. On July 25, 2001, Mr. Mozingo was awarded the Congressional Medal of Distinction in Washington, D.C.
